About Rachel
My yoga journey started while I was attending a holistic health school in San Diego. We practiced yoga and other forms of movement before class started and my love for yoga was born! I began to venture out to yoga classes in area gyms and studios. I eventually began a personal practice and started to enjoy yoga at the park, the beach, and really anywhere in nature!
While still living in San Diego, I completed a children’s yoga training. I worked with children at the time and I couldn’t help but share my new passion! In 2015 I began the 200 hour teacher training process. I completed the 200 hour training program and can’t seem to stop signing up for more trainings! I have also completed an additional 100 hour training program focusing specifically on trauma informed yoga.
My teaching experience started at a local gym. Since then I’ve taught in a studio, schools, nursing home, parks, and more. My heart just wants to share yoga with anyone- anywhere!
